So after recently switching to a mostly raw vegan diet, and quitting smoking (third time’s a charm), I’ve been feeling the need for a complete system reset.  To that end, I’ve been researching juice feasting.

Right now, I’m figuring out the best time to start, but I may just need to jump right in, so that I don’t keep thinking about it forever.

The benefits of the juice feast are that you aren’t cutting out any calories so you can still function from day to day while detoxing.  Another benefit is the emotional detox, as all of your body’s cells release their toxins, apparently all of your emotional baggage comes out with it.  And after the year I’ve had emotionally, I could really use some of this ;)

The self discipline part of it is going to be the fun part!
